PUBLIC NOTICE - Issued February 27, 2020 : Ordinance 20 - 02

The Board of Supervisors of Lower Paxton Township hereby gives public notice that a public hearing on Ordinance 20-02, is scheduled for March 10, 2020. The public hearing will begin at 7:00 p.m. in the Township Municipal Building, 425 Prince Street, Dauphin County, Pennsylvania.

Ordinance 20-02 Creates Chapter 131 of the Code of Ordinances Titled, "Noise," and regulating Noise.

Following the public hearing on March 10, 2020, the Board of Supervisors will consider the enactment of Ordinance No. 20-02.

A copy of Ordinance No. 20-02 may be examined without charge, or a copy of the Ordinance may be obtained for the cost to prepare the copy at the Township Municipal Building during business hours. The Ordinance is also available for review at lowerpaxton-pa.gov, under Legal Advertisements.

The Board of Supervisors of Lower Paxton Township hereby gives public notice that a public hearing on Ordinance 19-08, is scheduled for January 21, 2020. The public hearing will begin at 7:00 p.m. in the Township Municipal Building, 425 Prince Street, Dauphin County, Pennsylvania.
Ordinance 19-08 Amends Chapter 152 of the Code of Ordinances Titled, "Registration of Defaulted Mortgage Property," By renaming the Chapter "Registration of Defaulted and Vacant Property" – Providing for purpose, intent, and applicability requiring the registration and maintenance of certain real property by mortgages and owners, providing for penalties and enforcement, as well as the regulation, limitation, and reduction of registrable real property within Lower Paxton Township; providing for severability, repealer, codification, and effective date.
Following the public hearing on January 21, 2020, the Board of Supervisors will consider the enactment of Ordinance No. 19-08.

Public Notice - Issued January 1, 2020: Ordinance 20-01
The Board of Supervisors of Lower Paxton Township hereby gives public notice that a public hearing on Ordinance 20-01, is scheduled for January 21, 2020. The public hearing will begin at 7:00 p.m. in the Township Municipal Building, 425 Prince Street, Dauphin County, Pennsylvania.
Ordinance 20-01 Approves the vacation of a portion of Conway Road to Conway Associates, LLC. The vacation of Conway Road is a result of Conway Road being realigned as part of the Kendale Oaks, Ph 4 Subdivision Plan. The required realignment has been inspected and approved by the Township. This Ordinance will provide a reversion of a portion of the right-of-way of Conway Road to Conway Road Associates, LLC.
Following the public hearing on January 21, 2020, the Board of Supervisors will consider the enactment of Ordinance No. 20-01.
