Sports Leagues

Brightbill Basketball League

• Boys and girls, ages 8 to 15, age determined as of June 1, 2026
• Weekday evenings May through August
• Games played at Brightbill Park & Koons Park. 
• Individuals or Teams may register beginning in February.

Summer Volleyball League

• A twelve week summer volleyball league beginning mid to late May and continuing through August. 
• Playoffs follow for each division after the regular season.
• Games played at Koon’s Park on black top. Men’s and Women’s "AA", "A", "BB", "B" levels.

Winter Volleyball League

• Begins early October and runs through April. 
• Team-based and free agent registration begins September online at  Lower Paxton Township Volleyball League.
• Men’s "AA", "A" play on Monday evenings, Women’s "AA", "A" play on Thursday evenings and Women’s "BB", "B" play on Tuesday evenings.
• Games are played at: Dauphin County Technical School – 6001 Locust Lane Harrisburg

Bocce Ball League

• Ages 18 and older
• Season starts in April.
• The Rotary Club of Colonial Park is sponsoring this league which is held at Koons Park.
• Registration information is available through Parks and Recreation Department at 717-657-5635.

Pickleball League

• All Ages
• Brightbill Park pickleball courts
• Open play times 8:00am & 5:00pm daily
• Use the TeamReach App to get connected with the league and access the calendar to sign up to play.
