Progress continues. Slowly but surely.
Currently, the Township is in the process of Right of Way acquisition.
This is the process in which the Township works with properties close to the intersection (those impacted by construction on their property) and those properties grant an easement (give permission) allowing the Township/PennDOT to access their land for this project.
Once the acquisition process is complete, the Township must resubmit plan to PennDOT and await the review process and issuance of the signal permit.
