Lower Paxton Township (the “Township”) desires to select a qualified contractor(s) to provide cleaning services, as specified herein, at three (3) locations. Alternate bids will also be accepted for cleaning in Township Parks, and all locations under this RFP. The Township intends to award contract(s) for services for the referenced locations, thus it will entertain bids and award contracts separately based upon these specifications.
Respondents may bid on only one contract, or bids may be submitted for multiple contracts using a single bid form.
The three (3) locations covered by these base specifications are:
- Municipal Center – 425 Prince Street, Harrisburg PA
- Public Works building – 5975 Locust Lane, Harrisburg PA
- Sewer Operations building – 5993 Locust Lane, Harrisburg PA
Pre-Bid Meeting:
Lower Paxton Township will conduct a pre-bid meeting on Thursday, July 18, 2024, beginning at 10:00 a.m. in room 174 of the Municipal Center, 425 Prince Street. As part of this meeting, tours of the above-referenced locations will be provided.
