PA state law prohibits the use of consumer fireworks (bottle rockets, roman candles, etc.) within 150 of an occupied structure or on public land. In addition, Township Ordinance prohibits consumer fireworks after 10 pm or anytime on a property less than one acre. To report illegal fireworks, call 717-558-6900.
