The 2021-2022 Dauphin County Local Share Gaming Grant program details have been released by the County.
Grant applications are due to the county by 4:30 pm on September 1, 2021.
Applicants are required to submit a Township sponsorship letter to the County by August 1, 2021. In effort to receive that letter from Lower Paxton Township, a single meeting will be held where the Board of Supervisors will hear presentations by all applicants. This meeting will be held on Tuesday, July 13, 2021 at 7 pm. All organizations wishing to present to the Board should have materials, including project scope and application to the Township Manager by Friday, July 9, at 5 pm.
After this meeting, the Board will confer to rank all the projects. A resolution and final letter of support/sponsorship will be provided to each of the requested projects shortly after the July 20 Board of Supervisors meeting, during which the Board will vote to adopt the resolution and ranking structure.
