An appeal of the determination of the Zoning Officer that the appellant’s retail tire business is not a permitted use in the CN, Commercial Neighborhood Zoning District. The applicant proposes to operate a retail tire sales and installation business. Alternatively, the applicant seeks a use variance for the property for use as a retail tire store. The applicant may also seek a variance for parking regulations.
