The Lower Paxton Township Zoning Hearing Board will meet on Thursday, February 28, 2019 at 7:00 p.m. at the Lower Paxton Township Municipal Building, 425 Prince Street Harrisburg, Pennsylvania 17109, to hear testimony and/or act upon the following applications:

Docket No. SE19-01.  Application of Mark Heldreth of 4727 Marblehead Street, Harrisburg, Pennsylvania 17109 for a special exception to expand a non-conforming non-residential use in an R-2 Residential District.  The applicant intends to construct a new building on the property known as 4200 Locust Lane, Lower Paxton Township, and to conduct a construction business from said location.

Docket No. SE19-02 and Docket No. 1419.  Application of Jonestown Road Investors LLC of PO Box 429, West Conshohocken, Pennsylvania 19428 for a special exception to reduce the required number of parking spaces in connection with the redevelopment of the Taco Bell property known as 4640 Jonestown Road, Lower Paxton Township, in a General Commercial Zoning District.  In addition, the applicant seeks relief from sign regulations pertaining to the number and/or area of wall signs and/or the area and/or height of free standing signs at the same location.
