The Lower Paxton Township Zoning Hearing Board will meet on Thursday, July 25, 2019 at 7:00 p.m. at the Lower Paxton Township Municipal Building,
425 Prince Street Harrisburg, Pennsylvania 17109, to hear testimony and/or act upon the following applications:

Docket No. SE 19-03.
Application of Fred and Linda Wallace of 205 Sunset Avenue, Harrisburg, PA 17112, for special exception to allow a single family dwelling in a CN Commercial District on the property known as Walls Street, parcel 35-035-051, Lower Paxton Township.
In addition, the applicant seeks variance from front and side yard setback requirements. The parcel is owned by John C. Lenker of 8345 NW 66th Street, #7615, Miami, Florida 33166.
