The applicant proposes to operate a nano-brewery on the premises.

for variance from sign requirements for a proposed freestanding business sign on the property known as 6325 Chelton Avenue, Lower Paxton Township, in a Business Campus zoning district. 
The property is owned by Posh Properties No. 39 Paxton LLC of 2216 Willow Park Road, Bethlehem, Pennsylvania 18020.

Supervisor Special Meeting - Stormwater Session with Raftelis

The Lower Paxton Township Board of Supervisors will hold a Special Stormwater Workshop meeting to hear from Raftelis regarding the establishment of a stormwater fee.
This meeting will be held on Tuesday, September 4, 2018, beginning at 5:30 P.M. at the Township Municipal Center, 425 Prince Street, in Room 171.
