David Blain

David B. Blain has been a supervisor for Lower Paxton Township since 2002. David is a Certified Public Accountant (CPA) with a regional public accounting firm were he serves the manufacturing and construction industries. David is also a Certified Valuation Analyst (CVA) and Accredited in Business Valuation (ABV).
David is a very active member of his community serving on a number of local boards, commissions and youth organizations. Aside from serving on the Lower Paxton Township Board of Supervisors, David also serves on the Lower Paxton Township Sewer Authority. Prior to being elected as a Supervisor, David served as the Vice Chairman of the Township’s Planning Commission, where he took an active role in the development of the Townships Comprehensive Plan for community development.
David and his wife Kristin have two Children. David is a life long resident of Lower Paxton Township and a graduate of Central Dauphin East High School, Harrisburg Area Community College and the Pennsylvania State University |
