PennDOT schedules Blue Ridge Avenue paving August 23-25 in Lower Paxton Township
Harrisburg – PennDOT Dauphin County maintenance announced today that crews have scheduled a paving operation August 23-25 on a 1.7-mile section of Blue Ridge Avenue from Mountain Road to Piketown Road in Lower Paxton Township, Dauphin County. Blue Ridge Avenue, officially designated State Route 2030, averages 3,036 vehicles traveled daily.
PennDOT reminds motorists traveling Blue Ridge Avenue in Lower Paxton Township that they may encounter shifting traffic patterns and temporary lane restrictions as crews pave the bituminous leveling course. Dauphin County maintenance crews will return to pave the final bituminous wearing course after completion of the Route 39 project.
