Appeal of Michael True of 166 Campbell Court , from the decision of the zoning officer to apply the newly adopted sign ordinance to the proposed development at 6290 Allentown Boulevard for use as a Sheetz Convenience Store. The applicant contends that the sign ordinance applicable to the development is the ordinance in effect at the time the application was submitted for a conditional use on July 5, 2006.

Variance application of Michael True of 166 Campbell Court, for variance from regulations limiting the number of signs and the height and area of signs in connection with the proposed development of 6290 Allentown Boulevard as a Sheetz Convenience Store. The property is in a CN, Commercial Neighborhood District.
