8.           Discussion regarding the presentations by Rettew and Delta Development to provide strategic planning services

9.           Review of the new Digital Flood Insurance Rate Map, as prepared by FEMA, and its affect upon the Township’s floodplain management regulations

10.         Additional comments to the proposed subdivision and land development ordinance from SWAN and Triple Crown Corporation

11.         Continued discussion regarding a petition from Linglestown residents to open Raspberry Alley as a public street

12.        “Otta Know” Presentation: The new residential sprinkler requirement in the PA UCC
