B.  Ordinance 13-02; amending the Zoning Ordinance designation of a 44-acre parcel of land on the north side of Union Deposit Road, west of Page Road extended, from R-1 to R-2, and also amending the R-2 zoning district requirements

C.  Presentation of the 2nd Quarter 2013 Key Indicator Report

D.  Action on a proposal from HRG, Inc. for engineering services for earth moving and the placement of fill at the Wolfersberger Tract
