Spring has finally arrived and that means it's almost time for the Annual Chili Cook-off & Family Fun Day(and the Kids Yard Sale)!!
The countdown is on... April 28 is just around the corner.

April 28 is going to be a great day to join your family, friends and neighbors for food, fun and entertainment at the Friendship Center!
We can't wait to see everyone and to taste yummy chili and check out the kids yard sale and various craft vendors!
And we'll have celebrity guest Dan Tomaso as our MC!

On Saturday, July 14th, the 5th Annual Arts & Parks Red Hot 5k will take place at the Friendship Center.

Waste Management, as part of the solid waste and recyclables collection program, collects leaf waste at curbside 19 weeks per year. This service includes unlimited materials two times per month, beginning the week of April 8th thus year.

Residents who purchase a Permit may also deliver leaf waste to Compost Facility on Tuesdays, Thursdays, and Saturdays of each week from 7:30 A.M. until 5:00 P.M.

The Compost Facility is open starting Tuesday, April 3rd.


The Planning Commission is working on a new Comprehensive Plan, which recommends Township’s policies to manage growth and development for the next 15 years. The Plan will include recommendations for changes to the Township’s development regulations.
In addition to land use and housing matters, the Plan will address natural features, transportation, community, facilities and services, as well as implementation.
