CITIZENS ARE ENCOURAGED TO APPLY FOR APPOINTMENT TO BOARDS AND COMMISSIONS

The Board of Supervisors invites citizens to apply for appointment to one of its many advisory bodies.  Vacancies on advisory bodies may occur throughout the year, and the Board acts to fill these vacancies at its annual reorganization meeting in January.

Advisory bodies include the Planning Commission, Zoning Hearing Board, Friendship Center Operating Board, Shade Tree Commission, Recycling Committee, Parks and Recreation Board, Arts Council, and Public Safety Committee.

To apply for appointment, complete the Application for Appointment and return it to the Municipal Center at 425 Prince Street.
