Pavilion Rental

Lower Paxton Township Parks and Recreation Department

offers ten park pavilions for rental.  Each pavilion rental includes picnic tables and charcoal grills.  Some of the pavilions have electricity available upon request.  Many of the parks have permanent restrooms.  In other parks, portable restrooms are available throughout the summer months.  Many of the parks have playgrounds, ball fields and courts nearby.

To check for available pavilion rental dates, contact the Lower Paxton Township Parks and Recreation Office, at 657-5635, or visit the Friendship Center (FC), 5000 Commons Drive, between 8:00 a.m. - 5:00 p.m., Monday through Friay.  The cost of renting a pavilion is:

George Park Pavilion is not completed. Tentative date for rentals will be after July 11, 2008.

All requests must be received in the Parks and Recreation Office at leas two weeks prior to the reservation date.  In case of inclement weather, events may be rescheduled by calling the Parks and Recreation Office.  Individuals must be 18 years of age to reserve facility.
